Delivery
Nutcase online purchases are delivered by couriers using Australia Post or Fastway and usually require a signature on delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 days. For rush orders, please email us after completing payment.
Advice about daytime delivery address
At check out, please provide your daytime / business address so your delivery can be signed for.
If no one is present to sign for your package, it will be sent to the nearest Australia Post retail store or courier depot and you may be required to collect it or it may be sent back to us.
For this reason we recommend business/workplace deliveries.
Delivery Fees
The following delivery options are shown in the drop down menu of Step 2 of the Check Out. You must choose the freight option for your location:
Australia: Customers benefit from Australia-wide shipping. We recently reduced our shipping to a flat rate of just $10.00 (plus GST) per helmet – no matter how remotely located you are! Orders are send by eParcel or a suitable courier service for your location.
New Zealand: We recommend shopping with our New Zealand stockists. If you cannot find what you need, orders from this site will be delivered for AUD $25.50 per helmet via eParcel/Australia Post. Please note: New Zealand delivery will cease December 1, 2011 and Hong Kong customers will be able to buy locally. See Where to Buy page
Oceania & Papua New Guinea: We recommend contacting with our Oceania Distributors in Vanuatu and New Caledonia. If you cannot find what you need or are not located in those areas, orders from this site will be delivered for AUD $37.30 per helmet via eParcel/Australia Post.
SE Asia - Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong: Orders from this site will be delivered for AUD $37.30 per helmet via International Post. Please note: Hong Kong delivery will cease December 10, 2011 and Hong Kong customers will be able to buy locally. See Where to Buy page.

Returns and exchanges
It is essential that you choose the right size helmet for safety purposes. Helmets which are too large can be un-safe. If your helmet is only slightly larger, padding in varying sizes is provided in the box so you can swap them out to achieve the best comfort. If the helmet is too small this may lead to discomfort. We do not refund on wrong sizes however you may exchange the helmet if the alternative size is available.
In the rare instance where a helmet needs to be returned/exchanged, you may do so as the law states:
• There is a basic, serious manufacturing fault that has been identified within 7 days
• It does not do the job you purchased it for
• It does not match the example viewed by you on this site (e.g is the wrong model)

Refunds or exchanges can be arranged if the helmet is shipped back in full packaging to:

Please send with all packaging and your receipt. Please ensure your full name, address and phone numbers(s) are included so we can arrange shipping of replacement helmets or your refund.
For exchanges, your costs include return freight and any difference in price between the models.
