Returns and exchanges

It is essential that you choose the right size helmet for safety purposes. Helmets which are too large can be un-safe. If your helmet is only slightly larger, padding in varying sizes is provided in the box so you can swap them out to achieve the best comfort. If the helmet is too small this may lead to discomfort. 

In the rare instance where a helmet you wish to return/exchange an item, you may do so as Australian law states:

A.   There is a basic, serious manufacturing fault that has been identified within 7 days (e.g a fault with buckle, strap, shell, liner etc)
B.   It does not do the job you purchased it for (e.g a food processor that does not mix)
C.   It does not match the example viewed by you on this site (e.g the wrong model was dispatched)

We frequently run out of styles, sizes and colours and exchanges and requests for certain alternatives is subject to availability. If we cannot provide the exchange desired and your request is covered by points A, B or C above, we will issue a refund promptly. 

Although the law does not obligate returns for 'change of mind', wrong sizes or alternative preferences, we try to help wherever we can. You may exchange for another item if it is available. Please follow the below instructions.

1. Contact us on orders(at)eurekabrands.com.au stating the problem and sending a photo if it is a fault issue. We are unable to confirm or issue refunds/exchanges by telephone.
2. The item should be in original packaging, as new and for hygiene reasons: un-used
3. The item must be shipped back in full packaging with receipt to:

Please note, Please ensure your full name, address and phone numbers(s) are included so we can arrange shipping of replacement helmets or your refund if applicable.

When a manufacturing fault is identified and confirmed, we will reimburse return freight and replacement freight costs.

For all other exchanges/returns, customer is responsible for difference in price between the models exchanged and return freight.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any request to return/change Clearance helmets unless the item is faulty or meets the criteria above as per Australian law.
