Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return/exchange an item, just download our form and follow the instructions for sending it back. We will process your exchange or refund once receiving your item.

You can obtain a refund or exchange when:

  • There is a basic, serious manufacturing fault and you have identified it promptly (e.g a fault with buckle, strap, shell, liner etc upon receipt of your purchase). Please see Warranty information for claim instructions.
  • It does not do the job you purchased it for (e.g Street helmet is sent that doesn't protect you for Snow activities)
  • It does not match the example viewed by you on this site (e.g the wrong model was dispatched)

If we cannot provide the exchange desired and your request is covered by points A, B or C above, we will issue a refund promptly. 

Change of Mind, Style, Size

We're happy to offer an exchange when the wrong size, range or colour was chosen. 

The different in price between items exchanged may be charged separately before dispatch. Real freight costs (as opposed the the flat rate) to re-send your item maybe charged separately if you live in Tasmania, Northern Queensland, South Australia or WA.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale Items are unable to be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect. If the wrong size or style is chosen, we will always try to assist with your exchange if the item is in stock.
