Within Australia, Nutcase online purchases are delivered by Australia Post eParcel or equivalent courier (selected by our warehouse) depending on your location and ease of delivery.
Shipping will be calculated and shown at the last stage of check out after you enter your delivery details, and go to the final confirmation screen.
From time to time we will offer Shipping specials, so keep an eye on our site!
Express Post by Australia Post is offered for those urgent situations, however we cannot guarantee the timing of any services offered by Australia Post or equivalent courier services.

Orders are processed the next business day, or approximately within 24 hours of your purchase.
Once dispatched, please allow the following minimum transit times to your destination (below) and please check the fulfilment confirmation email you will receive with tracking information.
If you cannot find that email, please check the Inbox you may have used for your order or that which is associated with your PayPal address as it could be there or in your Junk box.

The below is a general guideline only.
Metro Areas/CBD – Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane: Allow 2-3 days in transit
Metro SA plus suburbs of NSW, ACT, VIC Suburbs: Allow at least 3-4 days in transit
WA, NT, TAS All Areas: Allow 5 days in transit for metro, and 7 days for all other areas.
For Australia Post deliveries, the delivery person will leave a “Left Card” if you are not home, enabling you to collect from your post office securely.
Our site only ships within Australia, and limited parts of Oceania/Asia Pacific where no distributor or retailer is available. Such overseas deliveries will be dispatched via International Economy Air services.
During busy times such as Christmas, please add 2-5 days to all transit times.
